Hello everyone, I’m back.

Yes I’m back at long last (it’s been about 2 months since I last posted anything here). This post is to update you peeps on where I have been, what I’ve been doing and what I’m going to do going forward.

Where I’ve been and what I’ve been doing

I stopped posting on this site because of university work. For those who don’t know I studied Games Journalism and PR (yes that is a real course) and I was in my last semester of the last year of the course. As you’d imagine during my last semester I had A LOT of work to do. I decided that I should stop posting on here for the time being and focus on the last of my university assignments.

I completed all my assignments thus meaning that I have passed my Games Journalism course. I officially graduate in July. I finished my last assignment in the middle of May and since then I have been relaxing, taking a well-earned break after three years of university.

Yes I have still been playing video games, watching wrestling and martial arts movies so I am still me, I’m still human sadly. (Play NieR: Automata. By god is it good).

What I am going to do

I am going to carry on writing on my site and write about games for many different sites. I want to expand and enhance my writing and writing for several websites will help me to do that.

The biggest thing though, is that I will have a YouTube channel in the future (hopefully soon). I’ve set the channel up ready for me to upload videos. I’ll link the channel in another post when I have uploaded a video. The channel is called BranDuck (My name is Brandon and my favourite animals are ducks. Yes I know that’s awful but what can you do eh).  I also have a Vid.me channel, again I’ll link the channel when I have uploaded a video.

The channel will be about video games, Asian cinema and martial arts movies. I will make videos on gaming such as; discussions, reviews and retropsectives. Concerning the film side of my channel, I will be talking about and reviewing Asian cinema and martial arts movies. For those wondering why I am focusing on those two areas of film, it is because there are some really good Asian cinema and martial arts movies out there. The idea behind this is to hopefully get more people interested in those two categories of film.

So that’s where I’ve been and what I am going to do in the future. To all the people that have read my stuff on here, thank you. I hope you continue to read what I write and eventually enjoy the videos that I make.
