A successful month
June was a great month for my site, stats-wise it was the best and the same goes for community interaction. I gained some new followers, which is awesome and I hope you enjoy the content that is currently on the site and the stuff that’s to come in the future.
June was also when E3 took place and whilst it didn’t have the bombastic flair and craziness like last year, we still got some good stuff. Watch Dogs Legion looks amazing, we’re getting a new Panzer Dragoon (still wrapping my head around that) and Cyberpunk 2077 and DOOM Eternal, both continue to look amazing.
The biggest surprises though came from Square Enix. They finally showed off a deep dive into Final Fantasy VII Remake’s combat and it looks incredible. The biggest shocker though was that Square finally remembered Final Fantasy VIII and they are remastering it. My favourite Final Fantasy is finally getting the treatment it so rightly deserves.
I’ve also been playing quite a few games this month with the most notable ones being Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled and Judgment. Both games are fantastic and were definitely worth the wait. I also got the platinum trophy for Resident Evil 2 Remake which made me very happy.

What’s happening in July
Reviews will return
Yes that’s right reviews are returning and they will be published at the end of the month. One of them will be for Sega’s open-world crime drama Judgment and another for Horizon Chase Turbo, an indie racing game.
Showing off more gaming related items
I’ve got some more gaming merch I can showcase here on my blog. I have some Tekken cards, an Alduin statue and a Resident Evil 5 limited edition guide that I can present. I have some more merch that I can show off but those are the ones I can think of right. Which one of those that I have mentioned are you looking forward to the most?
Focusing on life stuff
Something you’ll notice this month is that my articles will be posted on random days. I like to have a loose schedule, at least one piece every week. Whilst there will be one piece a week, I can’t promise that there will be two or more. I’m going to be very busy this month as I’m sorting out some life stuff (finishing my TEFL course) and I am finally kicking my weight loss into high gear.
I’ve got a diet plan sorted and in two weeks, I will be at long last going to the gym to further help shed this weight. So if I disappear from blogging and am less frequent on Twitter for a day or two, it’s because I’m on the path to improving my health and busy working towards my dream/ goal that is to live and work in Japan.
That’s it, folks! I hope you have had a great June and have an even better July.
